Modern living, modern food and pressures of life have caused a frightening imbalance of hormones which can present itself in many ways including:
- Sleep disorders
- Persistent Acne
- Brain Fog or loss of concentration
- Constant hunger or cravings
- Digestive problems
- Constant Fatigue
- Mood swings and depression
- Weight gain
- Headaches and migraines
- Hot flushes and night sweats
- Loss of libido
I see too many of this in my clinic. We may know the basics - eating well, exercising, more sleep, less stress…I know some of it is easier said than done.
Balancing your hormones has to be approached in a 360 degree holistic manner…but there are little things you can do to help balance your hormones on a day by day basis.
