How to Make Sure your New Year’s Resolutions Stick!

It’s that time of the year where we get to do it all over again, and hopefully in a better way.

It’s almost 2 weeks now into 2014, and I’m already starting to see people giving up on their New Years Resolution on Facebook.

I know you’re not one of them! I know you’re holding fast and you’re determine to make it work this year because 2014 is THE YEAR for all your dreams to come true!!!

I’ve got a long list too and I’m so looking forward to ticking them off. However, I know there will be temptations, especially when the tough gets going. So, I’ve come up with these 3 simple strategies to make sure it sticks which I wanted to share with you. And stick for good!

I even managed to get Joey from Friends to help me out in the video :)

Time to say Goodbye to the old you and say Hello to the Best version of You!

And if all fails, there’s always a comforting quote by Oprah Winfrey:-
